Business IT services firm Portal Technologies has opened in Stirling’s Pitt Terrace.
The company is run by Managing Director Craig Millar and the 11-strong team offer a wide range of services to support businesses with their IT needs.
The team was previously based in Larbert before moving to Stirling last year. Craig says: “We’re in the former Royal Bank of Scotland building which is a great central location and we’re already picking up new work locally. We support businesses across Scotland as far north as Inverness and work in England as far south as Yorkshire. We work with any business which needs IT support but doesn’t have an in- house team – typically we support firms which have between 10 and 50 PCs although some have over 150 so it just depends on their needs.
A lot of our work is helping businesses with their PCs, emails and servers – being available to them and running their help desks. And we’re always happy to book an appointment for anyone who wants to come in and discuss their needs when it comes to outsourcing their business IT.“
The friendly team at Portal Technologies provide preventative and proactive IT support and pride themselves on getting to know their clients so they can deliver the right IT solutions.
Services include a Remote IT Helpdesk which gives business owners and their staff unlimited access to the firm’s technicians for any questions they may have and to fix IT problems – both remotely and on-site. The team’s technicians are also specialists in Office 365 and can help firms implement and maintain their accounts.
